Pancakes

 

Ingredients:

  • 225ml milk
  • 225ml water
  • salt patch
  • about 300gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50ml oil
For filling:

Preparation:
Mix eggs with salt, so add the oil and combine. Add milk and half the water, stir, and add flour.

Good humidity, and pour the rest of the water and unite. The mixture should be approximate to the density of yogurt. Heat the pan, and soak it with oil than pour the pancakes for baking.

Tilt the brush quickly on all sides, into the circle, to mix evenly and thinly. Bake on one side for a few minutes, turn the other side and bake for a few more minutes.

So bake all the pancakes, and then coat them according to your desire with eurocream, combined with biscuits, jams,  honey. If you make sweet pancakes, you can add melted chocolate to top.  You can also make themsalty with cheese, or even with ajvar.
