Creampie with vanilla pudding

oil 3 spoons
Podravka baking powder 1 bag

Aroma vanilla pudding 4 bags (160 g)
water or milk 1,2 l




Mix the egg yolk and whole egg with sugar, add flour, baking powder and oil. Extract into a lubricant and flour posh with a diameter of 35 x 25 cm and spread evenly on the entire surface

Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 160 degrees, taking care that the bark (crust) does not dry or burn, because it is very thin.

Mixer to whiten the whiteness of eggs, add a pre-cooked sugar, a spoon by spoon, with continuous mix.

Put 1 l of water or milk to boil, then add sugar. Mix powder with 2 dl of water or milk, then cook pudding.Pour the hot pudding into the whiteness of the whites eggs, until the whole mass is united.

Hot cream is poured over the hot crust and than distribute it evenly. Allow the cremette to cool down. When it cools, cut into pieces. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
