  1. Clean the onion and cut it and cut feta cheese on pieces.
  2. Place the ajvar, eggs, oil, fresh cheese, scallops and ground pepper in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer. Mix the flour, add salt and baking powder, stir and add to the mixture with ajvar.
  3. Mix well together to get a smooth mixture, and then mix the onions and feta cheese.
  4. Place the mixture into 12 muffin molds into which you put a square of baking paper.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes in a oven heated to 180 ° C.
