Chocolate Pie
Ingredients:
6 persons- 250 gr. butter
- 2 packs eggs
- 150 gr. sugar
- 1 baking powder Podravka
- 1 vanilla sugar Podravka
- 400 gr. flour Finnesa
- fil:
- 500 ml. milk
- 2 chocolate pudding Aroma
- 100 gr. Dorina dark chocolate
- 80 gr. margarine
- 7 spoons sugar
Preparation:
Mix eggs and add sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and all to mix with flour to get a dough. . 1/3 of the dough should be separated from the top of the cake, left in the freezer, and the other spread on a baking sheet of 30 × 20 cm, placed in the fridge until the filet is cooked.
Fil:
Put 400 ml of milk to boil, add 7 spoons of sugar. Mix two puddings of chocolate with 100 ml of milk and dip into the boiled milk. Mix until it is thick, then add 80 gr. margarine and 3 -4 drops of rum, all well together with the spatula.
Remove the dough from the fridge, arrange the filet according to it. Remove the cooking pans from the freezer, and then fill them with a filling.
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees and bake about 30 minutes.
