Baklava with cherries and plazma
Ingredients and preparation:
- 500 gr. pastry sheets Apollo
- 800 gr. - 1 kg. cherry
- 200 ml. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 150 - 200 gr. sugar (depends if the cherries are too sour)
- 2,5 dcl. oil
- 150 gr. ground plazma biscuits (or petit beurre biscuits)
For syrup:
- 2 rings of lemon
- 300 - 400 gr. sugar
- 500 ml. water
Tile size: 38 x 26 can be slightly smaller or larger.
Overflow: moisten eggs with sugar and vanilla, add cream, baking powder, oil weland mix well. Lubricate the tile with oil and bake the baklava.
