Milka cake


- 12  white of eggs
- 12 teaspoons sugar
- 200 gr ground roasted hazelnut
- 2 spoons flour Finnesa

- 12 yols of eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 3 spoons flour Finnesa
- 100 gr sugar
- 3 vanilla pudding
- 1 l milk
- 200 gr. milka chocolate with hazelnuts
- 200 gr white milk chocolate
- 250 gr butter
- 500 ml. whipped cream


Mix 3 whites of eggs, add slowly 3 tablespoons of sugar while mixing it. Add 50 g of minced hazelnuts and half a spoon of flour. Cover the baking pan (26cm) with baking paper, pour the mass and bake in an already heated oven at 200 degrees for up to 4-5 minutes.

In the same way prepare 3 more barks.

Preparation of filling:
MIx the yolk of eggs with 100gr sugar. 3 puddings mix with 3 tablespoons od flour with a litle milk. Boil the rest of milk.

Mix yolk and pudding and pour in the boiled milk.Cook for another minute while mixing until the fill is thick enough.

Divide it into two equal parts. In one pasrt put the milk chocolate with hazelnuts, in the other part the white milk chocolate. Mix each part of the chocolate untill it is enough.
