Muffins with mayonnaise



Ingredients and preparation:
- 40 gr. yeast Di-Go
- 1 spoon sugar
- 400 ml. warm water
- 100 ml. oil
- 950 gr. flour Finnesa
For coating:
- 150 - 180 gr.mayonnasie
- 100 gr. melted margarine 
Sesame or other seeds as desired.

Put yeast in the bowl, add a spoon of sugar and a spoon of flour. Pour with warm water and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Add oil, half a flour and yeast, and then mix with the gradually adding flour.

It does not take long to mix. When forming it, cover with a cloth and leave it in a warm place to bake.

Then devide it in equal pieces, each one shape into smaller balls. Scroll and rotate as shown in the video. Soak the lubricated tines slightly apart, cover with a rich mayonnaise and sprinkle with sesame. Leave them to grow and bake for about 20 minutes in a heated oven at 200 degrees.

Serve and enjoy. These biscuits are the next day nice and soft.
