-2 dl water
-2 dl milk
-300-400 g cheese
-8 spoons corn flour
-1 spoon of salt
Put milk, water and kajmak to boil, add cheese, salt and mix
When it is rehearsing to reduce the temperature, pour the corn flour and continuously mix it slowly for 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, yogurt or sour milk, and also salad as desired.
