A quick cake of sweet cream with Jaffa and wafers
Ingredients:
200 gr walnut
200 gr Mocca wafers
200 gr jaffa biscuits
Half a liter sweet cream
sugar powder
Preparation:
1. First we prepare walnuts.
2. Jaffa biscuits break into pieces.
3. Sweet cream is mixed with a mixer and divided into 3 parts.
4.In the first part of the cream, add minced walnuts, sugar powder, combine and form the first level of the cake.
5. Into the second part of the cream add minced wafers, sugar to taste, combine and apply to the first level of the cake.
6.From the third part of the sweet sour cream, take out a small amount of cake coating or add an additional amount of sweet cream or cream to it), add broken biscuits, and if necessary, smooth and apply 3rd level tote.
Cover the whole cake with whipped cream and decorate as desired.
